Is the pay stub and payslip generator really free?
Yes, to create and preview. Fill in every figure, try all six layouts and check the watermarked preview of the finished document, as often as you like, with no account or card.
How much does a pay stub or payslip cost?
$4.99 per pay stub and £3.99 per payslip, for the finished PDF. Creating and previewing are free, and there are no add-ons: every field and layout is included.
Can I buy a document now?
Not yet. Checkout opens at launch. Until then you can create and preview as many documents as you like for free.
What will I get when I pay?
The finished PDF without the watermark. Once issued it doesn't change: downloading it again gives you the same file. If something needs fixing, you can issue up to 3 corrected versions for the same pay period free within 30 days.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once for each finished PDF, with nothing to cancel. For regular payroll, a pack of 4 is $14.99 (US) or £11.99 (UK): the rest stay in your workspace to use on later pay periods.
What is the refund policy?
It will be published here before checkout opens, and before any payment is accepted.
Will PayDocs see my card details?
No. When checkout opens, you'll pay on the payment provider's secure checkout page, and your card details go to the provider, not to PayDocs.
